Looking for something special? Our monthly Paella Dinner is a must-try. Chef Joe crafts a flavorful paella with shrimp, shellfish, chicken, and lukinka, served every first Friday of the month.

Boarder Table Feast: Basque Tradition on Saturdays
Centro Basco offers three dining experiences. Please check our hours under the Menu link, as they can be confusing. In keeping with Basque tradition, we host the Boarder Table lunch on the last Saturday of each month. Guests sit together at long tables in the Red Room or Mus Room. The meal includes multiple family-style courses: sourdough bread with blue cheese, homemade soup du jour, salad, and a choice of Pork Chops, Omelette and Fries, or Pan-Fried Potatoes.
Sunday Family-Style Feast 🍷🍽️👨👩👧👦
Each Sunday we offer a Family-Style Menu in our dining room which offers special dishes not found on the menu such as Pot au Feu, Fricassee Rabbit, Blood Sausage, and many more! Both options are accompanied by a glass of house wine and the friendship of new and familiar faces, Centro Basco's Boarder Table or Family Style will leave you with the warmth of the Basques!
Flavorful Dining & Perfect for Banquets
Centro Basco also offers a traditional dining room where guests can choose their preferred entre from our Menu. This menu has many choices ranging from oxtail stew, various choices of lamb, veal, fish, and beef. Check our Menu link for a closer look! We have two full cocktail bars and offer various wines and beer at great prices. Also, our restaurant is the perfect place to host large parties and banquets.
